GLIS supplies Temperature Resistant Stainless Steels, Corrosion Resistant Alloys, Proprietary Alloys, Gray Iron, Ductile Iron, ADI, Tool Steel, Cobalt, Hastelloy, Waspalloy, Inconel, and Stellite equivalents. 

• We utilize No-bake, Investment and Centrifugal casting processes.  G.L.I.S has a stringent quality checklist which includes:

•  100% Visual Inspection, Chemical Analysis, Brinell Hardness, Dye Penetrate, X-Ray, Magnetic Particle and Ultrasonic testing provided at the customers request.

• G.L.I.S can work from a print or reverse engineer the part off of a sample.  Our engineers can work closely with the customer and supply a redesigned solution to a current casting problem.

•  Our pattern shop works exclusively with G.L.I.S which allows us to reduce our lead times.

• Castings up to 6,000 lbs.
